The AI Bioinformatician That Runs the Analysis
Describe what you need or attach your data. Attma plans the workflow, runs each step, and cites every result.
From Question to Reproducible Result
Variant Interpretation
Annotates variants with Ensembl VEP, gnomAD, ClinVar, AlphaMissense and CADD, and maps missense changes onto UniProt domains and AlphaFold structures.
Ask in Your Language
Type or dictate in 25 languages, switching mid sentence if you like. Attma answers in the language you write in.
Figures You Can Reuse
Every step keeps its code, logs, figures and tables, so you can download the results and rerun the analysis yourself.
Evidence, Graded
Searches PubMed and the web, reads the abstracts, and grades whether each paper supports a gene for your phenotype, with PMIDs inline.
Single-Cell and RNA-seq in Python
Runs scanpy, PyDESeq2 and gseapy in an isolated workspace for each chat: QC, clustering, UMAP, marker genes and differential expression.
Isolated by Design
Each chat runs its code in its own sandboxed microVM, and requests to the language models are sent with storage turned off.
Workflows You Can Run Today
Each one runs end to end in a single conversation, in about a minute or two.

Rare Disease Case Review
Paste a clinical note or attach an exome report. Attma maps the findings to HPO, ranks 12,900 rare diseases and prioritizes the candidate variants. On 200 published cases held out from its index, it ranked the causal variant first in 50.5% of them.

Single-Cell Atlas in Minutes
Load PBMC 3k or your own .h5ad: quality control, clustering, UMAP, marker genes, cell-type annotation and pathway enrichment, with every figure and line of code.

From Variant to Structure
Start from a protein change and get its population frequency, ClinVar status, AlphaMissense score, the domain it hits, AlphaFold confidence at that residue, and the papers that report it.
